Q1. How much do you charge for shipping?

We ship worldwide. We offer free shipping to the continental USA for single orders over US$50, and to Canada for single orders over US$100. If we have a distributor in the country or region in which you intend to order and ship your items, the local shipping method and charges will be determined by the distributor using their preferred service provider.

Orders within the continental US and Canada orders generally take business 2-5 days (subject to the local service provider used). International orders take 1-2 days to despatch and may take up to 2 weeks for delivery subject to the courier method chosen.

Q2. How can I cancel an order?

If we have not shipped your order out yet, you can reach out to

to request any changes on your order. Unfortunately, changes to orders are not possible after they’ve been shipped.

Q3. What do I do if I receive damaged or broken items?
